To create and use the Voucher Authentication feature in TP-Link Omada, follow these steps and requirements:

1. Ensure you have at least one TP-Link EAP device that supports Omada Controller (recommended model: EAP110 or higher).
2. You need to avail our Omada Cloud Controller service so your EAPs can be adopted and managed remotely.
3. Make sure your network has a stable internet connection.

Follow these steps to configure your EAP via web interface:

1. Power on your EAP and connect it to your router or switch with internet access.
2. Reset the EAP to factory settings (hold reset 5–10 seconds until LED blinks).
3. Open a browser and visit http://tpeap.net/
4. Log in using default credentials:
   Username: admin
   Password: admin
5. Navigate to System → Controller Settings.
6. Enter the following:
   Controller Host/IP: 62.72.47.203
   Port: 29810
7. Click Save. The EAP will start contacting the controller.
8. Contact MSFK Admin and provide your EAP name or MAC Address for adoption.
9. Once adopted, your device will appear as Connected in the Omada system.

1. Download and open the TP-Link Omada App.
2. Tap Standalone Devices → find your EAP → tap ⚙️.
3. Go to Controller Settings and enter:
   Controller IP: 62.72.47.203
   
4. Save and restart your EAP.
5. Contact the admin to complete adoption.

• Log in to your Omada Controller (Web or App) and navigate to:
  Hotspot → Voucher → Voucher groups → + Create voucher groups.


• Fill in the voucher group details such as Group Name, Duration, and Number of Vouchers.


• Click Save to generate your vouchers.


• Distribute the generated voucher codes to clients for time-limited Wi-Fi access.

You may want to check the Ethernet cable and RJ45 connector. The Ethernet cable should not be bent, and the LAN port might also be damaged.

For Omada users, also try the following:

1. Check if the firmware of your Omada device is up to date.
2. Verify the Access Point (AP) settings — especially channels and signal strength.
3. If using a PoE (Power over Ethernet) injector, ensure it supplies stable power to the AP.
4. Use at least a Cat 6 Ethernet cable for better stability and power delivery.
5. Test with another Ethernet cable or LAN port to rule out hardware issues.

• ✅ Allow outbound ports 29810 and 8043 on your router/firewall.
